The idea for 21st Century Miracles came from witnessing two tremendous miracles in our family, 12 years apart:
My Son, The Survivor
On January 13th,2008, my son Scott fell nearly 30 feet from a 3rd story window, hitting a hot tub before landing on concrete. God worked a miracle—first through the hands of Col. Dr. Jay A. Johannigman at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, then through the doctors at Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care—to keep him alive.
Today, he’s a successful husband, father, banker, and a good Christian man.
How the Lord Healed My Wife
When my wife and I went in for our annual physical in early 2020, the doctors discovered that she had lung cancer. After 30 weeks of chemotherapy, her doctors told us that her cancer had grown to Stage 4.
Only 30 days after this news, a PT scan revealed that her left lung was clear and the cancer had gone away.
We credit this miracle to the people praying for us and God’s grace.
